Food was decent. Portions were not for a grown man. Better get there right after breakfast if you want lunch. Worst wait time I have experienced in a good many years....had I not been in a carpool, I'd have left

Waited for over an hour for our food to be ready and when we were finally served it wasn't good at all not even ok. Only thing to say that the waitress was super friendly. But besides that, awful place to eat.

So-so food quality, however for a dumpy diner (of which many are my favorite places to seek out) I would not go back. HB steak, small salad, two vegetables, iced tea was $18. Ridiculous for a hole-in-the-wall in a strip center in small W TX town (building rent not exactly what a restaurant has to pay in a larger city).

I've been in Kermit going in three weeks now. Jerries cafe is hands down the "best home cooked style food" I've been able to find in kermit. The service can be a bit slow however it is still service with a smile.
